notice，被骂了个狗血淋头。他认为我至少要提前３个月以上通知，找到一个博后培训
完了才能走，不然他不会跟我talk的。跟他做了几年博后又进了他开的Start-up公司，
还是拿着博士后的钱，哎。第一次换工作，没经验，欢迎大家给点建议，谢谢。 |

he'll calm down, or if not, you can leave to start your new job at any time,
2 or 6 weeks are just for courtesy, no one/law can stop you.
