a small gift (less than $20) for Christmas is good enough.
Thanksgiving is a family reunion holiday, no gift is needed.

我老板。不过我想玻璃杯对他来说没什么用，所以我把收据放在里面一起给他了（Gift
receipt）。

if you really like to show appreciation. hope him in daytoday jobs: support
hi in team decision, organize team lunch and activities.

But bad news: this manager is relocating back to a branch office in his home
country. He will not be my manager anymore but still works for the same
company.
Now is it okay to give him a big gift before he leaves? |
