发帖数: 410 | 1 This is a little complicated. I got laid off and right after being laid off
I got another offer. The new employer agreed to transfer H1B but it took so
long for them to get it submitted that my application from the previous H1B
to F2 has already been approved. I'm told that at this point I cannot work
until the new H1-B is approved.
Due to some family issues and the long waiting period, I decided not to work
. The company already paid the application fee, atternoey fee, etc. Is there
a way for me not to start to work for them without being punished
financially or by any other means? |
