1- Van line service - full pack
2- Lump sum payment of $3,000.00 (subject to appropriate taxes and
withholding)
3- Transportation of up to two autos
4- 30 days temporary storage
5- 30 days temporary lodging
6- Rental car up to 30 days if needed
7- One house/apartment hunting trip (Five days)
8- Final trip transportation for you and your immediate family
9- Lease cancellation penalties
新手请教一下问题：
a. 应该是公司支付搬家、临时储藏、寄宿等之外，另外给3000刀吧？
b. 看到版上讨论好像relocation的税高达40%，过来人说说以上9条中尽量避开哪些？
个人认为1,3,7,8, 9是必须要进行的，否则太操心了，现在犹豫是否该享受一下4, 5,
6。 我是从中东部搬到西海岸。
