我们公司老美也有大把50岁以上做编程的啊，一个组的老美昨天刚有了第二个孙女
只要做喜欢的工作就行呗，又不可能每个人都当上manager/director

。一个软件团队里面得有几个见过大风浪的老人比较靠谱吧。
