Looking at a job opportunity with 1099 (means not W2) from a large private
firm. What should I consider? Does that mean no benefit, 401k, etc. etc.
They can fire you any time without layoff package?
Really would like to understand now.Headhunter said all will be clear at the
end but I would rather know all now so if not needed then don't spend time
going through process with them. |
