新工作career path 好，工作环境好些，而且每年有2周到中国出差的机会，但是老板
懂行，工作量会大(>4h/d)，不好糊弄，跟现在的工作比：
Salary - 17.7% increase (4-6% estimated increase for current job in Sept)
401k - 4.5%, no match for the first year (7.5% for current job)
Bonus - target 9% (10% target for current job,got 15.5% for last year
since my company performed well)
Sign-on bonus - 10k
Pension - Available after 5 years service (none from current job)
Benefits -1 week paid paternity leave (none from current job), and
others are similar
Title - no change
Company - both are top 100 in US | b*******c
