offer里面有non-competition条款，两年之内不得从事相关行业，感觉整个行业都被它
包括了，里面也没说地点范围。这是怎么回事，正常吗？到时候如果laid off了，这个
要求还在吗？如果跳槽，是不是就得在另外行业找工作了？
