不知道合不合适在这个版上问。我现在有一份全职永久性的工作，但是想和别人合作办
一个小公司做一些零碎的consulting工作。这些零碎工作基本和我目前正式工作是同一
性质。我知道可能有conflict of interest or conflict of committment 的 concern
。 有谁熟悉这些的能提供些细节吗。我想用你提供的信息做个可行性研究，呵呵。

This is pretty much the same as asking "Should I cheat on my wife?" on the
family board. Sure, guys do that, but don't talk about it. |
