Hope you are well and doing good in your new job. Sorry but I need to check
with you on something. Do you have a back-up of the xxxx source code? What I
understand is you used an external hard-drive as a virtual machine for xxxx
coding work, but now we do not know which hard-drive. I'm asking because
there's an issue (bug) that you fixed last Sept 2011 , but in email you
mentioned it was not check-in to SVN. So now we can't find the source code
containing the changes you made.
Appreciate if you could assist.

willing to help them rework the missing part at a rate of $1000 per hour.

我和这个人关系还不错，幸亏他发email，如果是电话里，我可能就被忽悠进去了。
最后回复说手里没有code，那个hard disk也早就交个别人，但可以帮忙解决bug |
