到package，
一般需要满足什么条件才会给package？
如果已经拿到下家的offer了，还能有资格举手拿package的么？
如果举了手还不让走，老板会不会知道你举过手了？那么怎么还在这儿混？ |

到package. Pfizer当年是只要走都给，好聚好散。Roche也很大方。Novartis 扣扣索
索被人鄙视。Merck不会这么不上台面吧。

. do not tell anyone that you have offers already. if you manage or hr know
you have offers, then there is a very high chance they will not layoff you.
for your case, since you have other offers, there is no reason to not raise
hand. you have nothing to lose. |

说的不错。我那个时候公司layoff,他们怎么留我，让我上加州，我都说，我家庭原因
，实在去不了。但我就没说我已经找好下家了。最后公司依依不舍的layoff了我，还给
了package.
所以，你有offer了，别张扬，低调踏实，是职场和人生的金律呦
