已经delay好几周,今天律师通知收到h1b transfer receipt可以上班了。对方hr问我何
时可以上班,我说我想给三周notice, HR就语气不太好的说希望我能start as soon as
possible并且cc给hiring manager. 后来下午打给hiring manager, 对方说希望只要
two-week notice,并且11/27上班(感恩节前一天),因为12/2有一个桉子要开始进行。
虽然说我知道two-week notice是standard, 但是现在这个公司人力短缺, 而且之前一
些事情, 算是我欠老闆一个恩情, 我不想损rp (现在老闆我上周通知 他也说他愿意100
% match)
想请大家给点意见怎麽样跟新公司的老美打交道, 看能不能让我两边都不得罪...
(我到上周才跟现在老闆谈离职是因为,新公司说offer没拿到h1b transfer receipt之
前都

甚至可以告诉老公司,you tried to get a later start date, but could not get
it.
