i am actually a manager. my team has 90% indians and my boss is indian. i
gave some shitty, however, honest, performance reviews to some of the
indians but were chastised by my boss - his words "you are only as good as
your team" "if your team is a B team, then you are a B player" as a reasno
to lower my rating. and in private told me i was too hard
on these indians. WTF. | m**k
