When you check the xx health, besides looking at CPU etc, there are reasons
we also check event count, you need to check the suspicious event and
investigate why they appear.

However, pls make sure your tone doesn’t come out as condescending Offer
the criticism in a constructive fashion to promote team spirit. If the
receiving team members feel bad how the suggestion is made, they may miss
the point about it but the unnecessary emotional aspect will remain and it
wouldn’t help the team nor meet your goal in mentoring.
Typically when giving feedback, you may want to point, what the right way to
do is, what the pitfall in doing the wrong way and where they went wrong

主语是report。另外我忘了 database 是可数还是不可数名词。

senior techicanl staff, Health check 的内容就是他制定的。对于印度的team DS
确实不太客气， 但实际上DS是整个team中最愿意和最多分享经验和技术给大家的。整
个公司的方向是裁ONSITE, 把工作移到印度， every onsite is not happy and no
one really wants to work for the team and everyoen is only working to their
own best interests to move on.
SS 是新老板，原来的老板由于政治斗争靠边了。

个位置可以说是至关重要。怎么讲呢，标准你来制定，效果你来评估，公司的大政策由
你来亲手施行！面子上，一定要坚决支持公司的大决策，私底下，一定要创造机会把自
己的位子坐的更牢！比如，在允许的范围内，把标准定高一点点，对下边的工作人员，
不必要指责，对自己的上司，总部，可以仔细地陈述，哎呀这些人水平真不行，真不让

does not contribute to solving/preventing the problem, but also makes the
teamwork even harder. If you need to shout at someone, at least it should
serve a purpose. Unnecessary conflict is not recommended.

你为什么当时没有point out the suspicious/abnormal behavior during health
check？明显是你做错事情在先，还不许人说了？
自己事情没做好，人家指出来，还有脸不块？赶紧记住下次不要再犯才是正常人该做的
事情。要不然老中怎么在公司里老爬不上去呢，时间和精力都用来“不快”了。
