发帖数: 1342 | 3 It takes two to tango. I think if one really has a pressing problem/issue,
and a tight deadline, one has to ask around to get the answer for a problem.
Sometimes if a good mentor is not available, or the issue is not urgent, go
ahead and take the time to solve by yourself. One thing I saw is some
people are good at doing things, but not good at explaining or teaching
things. I sense sometimes they are not willingly to share the knowledge.
At the end of the day, one has to learn/gain knowledge by her/himself.
Friendly/willing-to-share coworkers will help. But we got to learn if we
plan to stick around for a while, even in a not-so-perfect place.
