I feel my boss is hypersensitive to conflict, always overreacts to what I
say, has unrealistic expectation for me and demands me to be perfect.
I feel it's so easy to upset him. Each time he is upset, he starts the
passive-aggressive game, like ignoring me for several days until I show
submissiveness.
I feel I'm like walking on eggshells to avoid to upset him. But it is
impossible, because he is so easy to be upset by even a simple question I
asked.
The interesting thing is I am the best and most capable of his employees,
and he also once admitted that. Another interesting thing is that he is
super nice to everyone else. He is super protective for those people who
always make mistakes.
I am a married women with a 3-year-old son. I really like this job. Just don
't know how to get along with my boss. |
