文字。我是半个月前在《炎黃春秋》一月号上看到的。当时就想转发。由于当时李庄案
全国关注，怕引起联想，一直没有转。今见杨名跨律师网已经转了此文，各网站也已经
流传，本网也转一下。这是篇可以同《张志新之死》互参阅读的文字。让我们清楚地看
到，一个国家如果没有法度，让“圣人权力”主宰黎民的生杀予夺，将会造成怎样的后
果。我们的民族性太会遗忘。遗忘到反对一切反思。有的弄权者也希望我们不会回忆，
没有记忆，只知道莺歌燕舞。尽管一些“左王”和“五毛”们一直在歌颂那个年代，向
往那个年代，对所有的反思进行谩骂，但当他们有朝一日再被“大跃进”时，他们的哭
声一定比骂声要凄厉百倍。我们的政法机关内部从来不缺良知之士，只是当他们还在其
位的时候，权力的诱惑和淫威总能够盖住这种良知的声音。在位之人，能 |

chance, they probably get thrown into jail or executed. there is no "ok
you are rich, now hand over your political power to me and keep your
wealth and live a decent life".
yes, it can only be violent and bloody. it's called a revolution. that's
why you need power to go with wealth. what's all that money worth when you
are dead or in jail?

everyone in power now gets in trouble. their wealth is legal now, but in a
revolution, there is no law to protect them.
