one bedroom in boston, start at 1K.
I don't know the price in NYC, Manattan, it will be much
higher than that.

relax, $450 maybe is expensive, but depends on where you
live.

my friend's rental is between $550 - 600, not including
utility, and cable.
one bedroom.
my previous rental is $600. now I live in a studio, $450.
