1-1.5lbs groud meat (beef or pork, I use half-half)
2 eggs
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup milk
0.5 cup cooking oil
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 can 15oz. cream of corn
half medium size onion - chopped fine
0.5 lb cheddar cheese - grated
3 hot jalapino peppers - chopped
In a skillet saute ground meat with extra onions, bell peppers (if you like)
unitl meat is brown.
Remove from skillet and drain in colander.
