Now for the third time in less than three weeks, Palm Bay detectives are
investigating a homicide that they say could end in a claim of self-defense.
"They were arguing over a Coke," said Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the
Palm Bay Police Department. "One brother had drunk it and the other was
upset."
The shooting took place about 1 p.m. Friday at 1090 Castile Road, home to
Joseph Giampetro, 31, who died from gunshot wounds, and his 23-year-old
brother, Anthony Giampetro.
