inspector说我们家那个还挺新的，大概也就4、5年 接着用个5、6年不成问题
凭空想象的话，我觉得用40加仑，可能洗澡时间不能太长，或者不能两个浴室同时使用

furniture, and the wood floor we need to replace, easily will spend over 10k
, gosh, i am starting to regret.

还有 我刚刚知道猫妹夫属于高薪人士 所以你不必regret啦 哈哈

are a couple as well. our cats don't bathe,so do not need hot water. my
husband's xin is not gao at all. gao-er than me but compared to his peers,
his pay is fairly low.

因为有的heater储水量少，但是加热效率高 这样的话 热水也足够用的
我觉得你们可以先hold on，住进去一段时间，看看到底是不是需要换一个。
