in fact, it is very traditional. i watched the last day
in its first week show, the male version. it is significantly
better than other recent kunqu experiments.
it many come to US next year, highly recommended.

不过我对这些新编的都不大看好，被雷太多了。没看过整出戏，只看了些照片，那个服
装实在是受不了。再看看顾问李银河，导演关锦鹏，呵呵，他们自有他们的话说，昆曲
不过是个壳子。其实一向比较喜欢关锦鹏的电影，好端端地跑戏曲这插一脚，戏曲要电
影导演作甚？

可幕间休息的时候，同去的都是两眼放光，一致认为是难得的好戏
这个戏的好怕是要感谢汪世瑜
