uiversity under his/her leadship higher than anything else. Why somebody here
always try to evaluate a university president just based on his/her academic
achievement.
I have no doubt that president Pan is a qualified professor though possibly
not a famious/productive/creative professor. If president Pan can bring a very
good
development opportunity to ZJU, he is a good president.
