Don't just talk and talk. Yes, you have to talk. In the meanwhile, you need to
show your intelligence by asking questions, show your patience/personality by
listening to the interviewee.
Plus, how confident are you about your English? Are you sure that he really
understands what you are saying? If you do not speak good English, I mean
really good english, the longer you talk, the higher possibility that he feels

BTW, every organization has its own culture. You may want to talk a lot and in
a causual manner when interviewing with Microsoft, but never do that to some
companies such as IBM.
