Beside the resume, let me have a phone number and a good time (either office or home, work days or weekend) for a quick phone call. I'd like to ask some tech questions. If I'm confident in you, I'll forward you to our manager and HR.
Normally, I'm the one do all the phone interviews, but since you are referred by me, I guess you might need another phone interview from some one else in our group, (or not if it's you luck day?)
