上个月妹妹在这里,把家里一条线的sim卡放到我送给她的iphone里,然后又取
出来,然后ATT就自动加上了3G的data plan。 大半个月前打过客服电话取消,
说是搞定了。今天bill出来,tmd还在那里。肚子里就气了。
611打过去,接通。对方报姓名。
我: Good morning, John. My name is xxx. I feel pretty pissed right now,
so I will be very angry next. Please forgive.
然后说了怎么回事,要求退款。对方想狡辩,说是你把sim卡放smartphone里。
我: Yes, I know what's the problem. However, I called you about two weeks
ago,
and another customer representative told me this problem was fixed. I don't

对方开始敲键盘。好几分钟过去,还在敲键盘。
我:Hi John. Can you fix it for me? If you cannot, I am going to let your
manager
do it.
