Fast-rotating, cannibalistic stars help put Big Bang theory back on solid

In a report in this week’s issue of the Astrophysical Journal, a team of UK
astronomers claims to have simultaneously solved longstanding problems with
the Big Bang, stellar evolution, and the abundance of lithium in the universe.
According to Sean Ryan, Ulrich Kolb, and Scott Gregory of the Open University
