And for the cabelzon, I need to report to you guys as we have discussed on
the boat:
Taste on cabezon somehow is not as good/tasty as regular rock fish. Both
are steamed when they are live.
The cabezon meat is a little bit tight so that the deep inside part can't
get enough flavor. (Maybe it is too big? not as good as those 1-15.lb rock
fish)
Overall they taste pretty much the same, that is, they all taste good. |
