Please get: 50lb+ braid line. 2/0+ hooks. 30-40lb flurocarbon or mono as leader. 4oz sinkers. Swivels. High Low Leader(OPTIONAL BUT VERY HANDY). 7-8' medium heavy or heavy, fast action rod. (Every fish counts for us to beat lint's team).
Thanks to funcheung who has volunteered to drive and shop for baits.
Funcheung, please get 3lb+ small squid from Marina food or Ranch99, so that we get enough ammunition.
If you don't know how to tie uni knots, please also study how to tie it from the internet/google. You can use other knots but the uni knot is the easiest.
Bring extra scissors, pliers(to extract hooks), gloves, and towels if you have them.
Please arrive at the meeting place on time, as rock fish actions are best in the very early morning.
