Also, we really need to do something about the set-up on this board so that
we can avoid this type of problem in the future. In particular, we need to
have back-up plans in case a BM does not show up for a long period of time.

发帖数: 193 | 5 Exchanging personal email addresses is at least one step up from the mitbbs
mail system since one can not log onto mitbbs.com in China without using
proxy.
However, I am afraid exchanging email addresses is still not quite enough --
let's say the BM gets ill or gets into an accident, and he/she can not
answer phone or email. Then what would happen to the administration of this
board?
The key is to always have several BFs to be backups and to allow them to
have full BM power (adding members ,
