335i:
pro：动力很好，加速incredible，轻松上100mph。。。自己都没注意，要不是sales提
醒我，估计上110mph了。。。警察叔叔就要亮灯了。。。body很solid，坐在里面感觉
很安全，很包裹的感觉。sporty座椅很舒适。。
con：但是有turbo lag，加速有点突然，有可能是因为gas踩得太狠，也有可能是因为
auto transmission。内饰略差，和日系车的确没办法比较，iDrive玩了玩，不好玩，
不容易玩，没有touch screen。
总结：还不错，turbo感觉和我的9-5有些相似，不过动力太牛比。内饰不说了，需要提
高的地方太多了。花$50000买这样的车有些肉痛。。
G35S:
pro：内饰优势，皮椅标配，Navigation超级好用，sporty座椅也很舒适，空间大。
Technology package很适用。加速不错，306hp不是盖得。
con：Engine比335i差远了。。。加速很不smooth，一突一突的，转速要上到5000才能
体现出torque的优势，感觉很不好。
总结：也还好，4w以下档次估计就它了 |

不过比较上看,E46的3系肯定是赶不上corolla的后座空间大
毕竟本身就是compact luxury sedan,主要考虑的还是驾驶者:)

eries got a lot of complains and they had to change the iDrive later in
E60 5 and E90 3...it's been a huge distraction from driving

标 题: 攒点rp, 来写个lease指南

最近问lease的比较多, 俺来科普一下:
简单的说, lease和buy都是付贬值加利息:
lease cost: 买价 – residual value + 利息
buy cost: 买价 – 以后trade-in价格(或者卖给私人) + 利息
一般lease的residual value都比黑心dealer给的trade-in要高, 卖给私人的话, 买车
时交的几千块钱税可就都没了(lease只需要对贬值的那一部分交税), 所以贬值部分
lease更划算一点. 利息部分, lease用的是固定的money factor计算利率, 乘以24相当
于等效APR, 可以和自己贷款能得到的APR比看哪个更划算.
不过三年以上lease的residual value和money factor都很差, 所以要lease尽量在三年
以内. 如果准备开五年以上再转手, 肯定是买下来划算, lea

.002的money factor,如果lease 36month, APR就是.072
$50k的车,residual value 60%
lease cost = 50,000*40%*(1+tax%)*(1.072)^3
是这样吗?

去掉downpay的部分,算一下你一共要贷多少钱
然后给定分期月份数跟APR值

btw, depending on state, full sales tax might be applied at the time of leas
ing, such as in tx :(. in this case, you can get back the sales tax of the r
esidual value when you return the car.
it appears you will also choose navigation system, won't you?

就是啊，interior太烂了，现在随便一个小破车都比it强。
