hehe, yesterday I went hiking for six hours, first time for several months.
On the trail, I saw a naked man infront of me. After going close, I found
out there is a cloth in front of ... hoho. He told me he used to hike naked,
but got a citation of $350 from a ranger. Then he decide to at least wear
somthing. What a freak...
Well, after the long walk, I didn't feel too much pain except for my feet.
Besides small pains at the bottom, the flesh beneath the nai

i'm using fairydown though, it's also good
i usually choose half size bigger, wearing double socks
those boots never hurt me even when i first time wore them in a hike

发帖数: 650 | 12 Mine is LaSportiva, pretty good. I bought it half size larger, but still
feel tight while wearing hiking socks, so yesterday I just put on a thin
one, probably that's another reason for the discomfort.
And Appalachian trail in PA is really harsh on feet. You can walk several
hours on small stones or rocks without touching dirt.

i always wear a sports cotton one inside
outside is hiking socks
that really makes me feel confortable
feels like every part of foot is making contact with the boots

route? i'm planning for one, but didn't do it for a long time. lost all the
concepts... give me some references please...

发帖数: 650 | 15 not sure the exact distance, I guess around 14 miles. With one 5 mins break.
Depends on the load bah. Once I carry 40+ pound and hiking 4 hours on
moderate trail, and the distance is around 8 miles.
