DC附近观赏红叶，从方便和景色来说，特别推荐 Skyline Drive，Great Falls，
Hapers Ferry 和 National Arboretum.
其中最有名的当数仙南度的 Skyline Drive。尤其推荐Big Meadows和Little Stony
Man附近，老少咸宜。

沿Potomac河两岸都是很好的观赏点，比如 Mt. Vernon, George Washington Parkway

近点的，还有 DC Rock Creek Park, National Arboretum, Sugarl |

Normally, the second and third weeks of October is the peak time for this
region.
I highly recomment Little Stoney Man trail for foliage, because it is a easy
and short trail and the views are amount the best.

Overall Run的计划还记得不？我希望10月20几好下点雨的话就好了，去overall run，
很漂亮。

overall run我们上次去过了，上次是没有水，下次你去的时候吱个声
建议十杯兄去这个地方，爬到summit的时候可以360度俯瞰周围的景色，应该蛮适合拍
照的

the last weekend of Oct. I am bringing my folks so couldn't join any party.
But would be happy if we can see some friends along the way:)
I am being a bit ambitious because I have my dad as the designated driver,

白天，wow，羊肠小道上，看下去万丈深渊 。。。
那边local的人有个别的摩托车还开得飞快。。

，在没有准备的情况下，hiking上去来回8miles。当时想到这个地方你
去的话可能会高兴了。我是不希望走太多啊。照片你看下。。以后等你有时
间了，再去。

发帖数: 3291 | 19 Stoney Man elevate to 4011ft. it is the second highest peak of SNP. While
Old Rag is only 3091ft. Even though the trail is easy, the view is amazing.
You don't even need go all the way to the summit, just half way to the
Little Stony Man climbing area, you will have panorama view of the park.
If you want a little more strenuous, beside the white oak/overall, etc. you
can try Little Devil Stairs.

另外叶子受雨水影响比较大，天气干燥会更好一些。

One question I always had is what exact place on Blue Ridge Park Way is the
picture on our club's banbiao (is this how you call it?) now?
May dad drove Big Sur for me two years ago and said it was nothing compared
to all the dangerous and remote places they go in China...

那块儿感觉很像美国北部加拿大南部，在这个纬度很少见。
