and need sub prime loan.
Just for your info, a friend of mine closed on a house last month with 7/1
ARM, 20% down (not jumbo), no points or origination fees at 1.99% interest (sorry I can
not give out the name of the bank, you have to do some work yourself)

发帖数: 4125 | 10 I think it is for all customer, you just have to do some work and call
around to find out. Most place can lock in for free if you are closing in 45
-60 days.
But keep in mind, rates are subject to change daily (sometimes several times
in 1 day)
Also ARM rate will go up after the first few years, so if you plan to stay
in the house for long time, it may not be the right choice for you.
