with Y, I was shaking uncontrollably, my face muscle was tense, my voice
was weak. I blame the cold weather at those days, and I have been out of
work for too long. I thought if the weather was warm, I would have
maintained my calmness. But now I realize the real reason is my own body,
my brain.
My brain lacks a certain kind of chemical, which control the
