your condition and to see what they can do for your best.
I tell my doctor my dark thoughts, and once he got scared by my urgent phone
call appointment, even thought he's a very experienced doctor. They didn't
hospitalize me. The doctor just warned me. You gotta believe there's
something so called professional judgement. If they have to sent you to
hospitalization, it's just because they have to. You let them do their job.

myself or other people, they would report me to my employer and the police.
I am not sure if it is a standard routine for them.
My reasoning is it is always not a good idea to say I am suicidal to a
doctor, because if I still want help, I won't kill myself anytime soon. By
telling the doctor I want to die, it only adds unnecessary stress to the
doctor. If I give up on myself, then I must have decided death is the best

动要伤害自己或他人，而且该行动立即要发生，他们会报警干预；否则everything is
confidential， 任何信息披露给第三方前需要你先授权。我第一次签了紧急和有限信
息披露授权，用于给我的general doctor和政府（因为我当时要申请病假补助金）。
死是一个计划，一个过程，一种理解。看你现在的情形也还是有疑虑，有挣扎，想要帮
助，那么为什么不把这个最困扰你的问题和医生讨论一下呢？医生受过专门训练来应对
及帮你应对这种stress和crisis。你现在在疾病下的任何想法或决定都有可能是变形的
想法，你自己无法dealing with，那么就尽可能寻找帮助，医生就是干这个的。你的担
心很多没有必要，而且你可以直接向医生说出你的这些担心，他们会综合衡量你的情况
。比如报告雇主这一点，我相信除非你有确定行动要在工作场合搞点什么，否则是绝不
会搞到雇主那里的。我和我的医生讨论过雇主这个问题，我医生的建议是不用看太严重
，但只要我不愿意披露自己健康状况，我就可以不披露。我每周去见医生，只是简单和

SSRI medication to you? I denied I have any suicidal thought in my previous
appointments, so if I say I am suicidal now, the doctor may think I am a
liar, which might put me into an awkward position.
