Given the extraordinary crisis in Japan, I decided to post this. It's a live
feed in English of NHK World.

Reports as of 6 AM EST are of an explosion at one of the two reactor sites
in the last couple of hours. Recent reports on some sites are saying it was
the reactor building which probably means the containment vessel has been
breached and a nuclear meltdown might be occurring. Evacuation radius has
been doubled to 20 km (12.4 miles).
Confirmation has been very slow in coming and the live news feed has only
had some coverage of this with most of the coverage about other quake and
flooding damage, etc.
