in auctions at any start price, and free to add the "Buy it Now" option to
those listings. The new pricing is effective 19-Apr.
In addition, eBay is reducing Final Value Fee rates for Store and Fixed
Price sellers, and will apply the Final Value Fee to the total amount of a
sale, including shipping. The updated Final Value Fee structure takes effect
for non-store sellers on 19-Apr, and for Store and Fixed Price sellers on 6
-Jul
