I've never seen the quality of this, but it looks pretty good. Reviews have

Fieldsheer Armadillo is $70-80
I'm too lazy to zip and unzip the "turtle back" in my Icon regulator vest so
this is a tempting buy for more protection when I don't want to wear a
jacket.
