My experience from the GTX 580 was attempt to purchase the card, if you get
it.. GREAT! if not, wait for the OOS email, then contact a CSR (i did it
through chat, others had good luck with a phone call), and ask for them to
either give you a rain check, or match another manufacturers price on a card.
this is a huge YMMV, i hope someone has good luck!
