I've seen these posts before and this may help some people out. I did a
search and did not find anything on this yet.
Apparently verizon is changing the regulatory charge from 13 cents to 16
cents for everyone and this allows you to get out of your contract.

This is good news for anyone upset over the new data plans they are coming
out with. I personally like verizon and am getting grandfathered in so I'm
staying with them.
