Palmetto state armory has the PMC X-TAC 5.56 M855 62 Grain Full Metal Jacket
with Steel Core for $301.50 for 1000 rounds shipped. Ths is brass case
reloadable ammo not cheap russian junk that will mess up your gun.
They sell the ammo at $5.79 per box of 20 but shipping is $12.00 for up to
1000 rounds so I always order 50 boxes for the best deal.
I have shot over 1000 rouinds of this ammo through my PLR-16 gun without a
single problem.
this is the steel tipped ammo that can penetrate steel plates at 100 yards.
please make sure your rifle is chambered for 5.56 ammo and not just 223 as
this is a must to use 5.56 ammo.
