25 plan.
After activating your phone on the $35 plan, log in and choose "change my
plan". Under the current offerings, there is an option that says something
like "see more choices". Clicking that reveals the $25, $40 and $60 plans.
If you change your plan immediately, you will lose your month's credit but
you can set it to go down to the $25 or $40 plan at the start of next month.
