50% off you last 3 bills credited to your account due to all the outages
they have had in the last month.
I called to make a complaint and they credited me $221 (50% of my last 3
statement) to compensate me for my frustrations. It didn't take much she
already seemed to know what she was supposed to do.
I live in SW Michigan, my number is based out of Grand Rapids though. But
from what I understood, it was available to all Sprint customers in Michigan.
Please update the Wiki if you have success with the city you live in.
