Click "Select Device" and then select "Palm" Brand and "Pre 2" as the device
. Then on the next page click "show all" and select touchstone again. (Yeah,
sucky interface!)
You can use certain existing Micro-USB cables or can purchase a wall charger
from Palm which is also on sale for $5 here:

Note: These are NOT for the touchpad - but only for certain WebOS phones
like Pre, Veer, etc.
If you have employer discount for Verizon, you could take an addition 25%-50
% depending on what discount your company has contracted with Verizon for
accessories.
There is an old thread about this. But, nice to bring to the attention again
for folks who purchased new WebOS phones from the recent HP firesale
