Includes the following
--internal geared hub for the rear wheel
--hub generator for the front
--front and back disc brakes
(these parts alone from Amazon cost the price of this bike)
The rest of the bike is better than average, meaning they really didn't
skimp on anything (handle bar might be the one exception, and the included
light for the hub generator is just OK). Served me well for a year of daily
commuting, and just purchased a second for backup.
XL is only size left, which should work if you're about 6'0" or taller (
maybe a bit shorter depending on your leg length etc.).
