Great xmas gift for the child or middle aged person in your life. Need to
use coupon E7U4N9X shown on front page of bn.com, brings price down to $64.
35. Shipping is abitger $5 (unless you are a bn.com member?), tax for me
was $3.41, making final invoice $73.15. However if you use Discover CB, it
is currently 15% at bn.com, so that shaves another~ $9.50 off (I'm assuming
I don't get the 15% discover CB for shipping and tax amounts?) I figure my
final price after all + & - figured in was ~$64. Cheapest its ever been at
amazon (according to camel) was $73, for a lightning deal last year.

Note: the first run of these supposedly had really terrible binding, but
according to amazon reviews a new edition came out in 2009 with much better
binding. I'm crossing my fingers that the old stock is all gone by now & bn
has only the newer edition as well.
