most fall under our Standard Return Policy.
Overstock.com resells some products that customers return to us or to a
manufacturer, as Reconditioned or Refurbished items.
Customers return items for various reasons including a change of mind, a
dislike for the product, or difficulty operating the product. Whether a
customer returns a product a month after purchasing it or the next day, we
label the item as Reconditioned or Refurbished.
Some Reconditioned or Refurbished items will show a slight amount of
wear and tear, some items will look brand new.
