HP ink, cell phones, etc) and is not as useful, however, there may be some
folks that have other needs for this and do not want to buy a coupon off of
eBay.
Items such as software, computer accessories, non-HP ink are included.
I haven't tried to use this yet in store to see if the discount could still
be used for those excluded items. Hopefully it will work for some folks.
