pressure cooker in multiple colors (black, green, red, white) is $40
shipped at eBay. There was a similar deal at eBay last month, but those were
for refurbs. These are new (listed as overstocks from HSN, so they come in
the HSN box) and come with a one year warranty.
Another note (since I found it difficult to find) that this will go to 12psi
. Many recipes call for 15psi, but you'll see reports that anything over 8
or 9 psi is really all you need.
30 min HSN video with Wolfgang Puck:

They went for $90-$110 on HSN. They're out of stock, but the reviews are
still there and are almost all positive. Note: Use the top link here: Google

. HSN doesn't like being linked from SD.
Note: These things are pretty large. Look at the video to get a better grasp
on the size.
If you're thinking of getting a pressure cooker to dramatically speed up
your cooking or allow you to buy cheaper cuts of meat, this is certainly an
inexpensive way to go - especially considering something like the 6 qt

stainless pan is $38 at Amazon, and doesn't have a pressure release valve
(meaning you've gotta let it cool down one way or another before you can
open it).
